Before relocating to her hometown of Windsor, Ontario and starting her entrepreneurship journey, Natalie Hartleib had a successful 14- year corporate career in the Toronto area ranging from sales and management to communications and merchandising.

Natalie launched Rose Cleaning Service in 2019, with the goal of making life a little easier for busy families. She takes pride in knowing that she provides high quality cleaning using safe products made in house by herself and her staff.

As a busy mom of two and a business owner, Natalie understands that keeping the house clean can be challenging, and she is dedicated to helping you keep it all together whether you need help weekly, monthly, or just once in awhile.

It’s not about what your service includes, but about tailoring the service to your own personal needs. As such, Natalie hand picks all of her cleaning staff with careful consideration and trains them to ensure that highest level of care goes into the homes they clean.

In addition to Rose Cleaning Service, Natalie is the founder of Windsor Women in Business, a network of driven female entrepreneurs and business owners who support and promote each other’s endeavours.

In her downtime, Natalie can be found at the ice rink or baseball diamond with her kids, enjoying local restaurants and local shopping, and planning her next business move.
